Plum man arrested

Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that on Tuesday, Nov. 29, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested a Plum resident after a search of the residence revealed hydroponic marijuana packaged and ready for distribution. Agents with the Narcotics Unit went to the residence located at 1075 Wonderful Road and attempted to make contact with the homeowner. Agents met with a male subject and obtained consent to search the home.

A search revealed over two ounces of hydroponic marijuana packaged and ready for distribution and multiple drug paraphernalia items. Also confiscated was $450 in cash.

Justin Cada, 21, of Plum was arrested and transported to the Fayette County Jail. Cada was charged with possession of marijuana.
