Marijuana seized in traffic stop on I-10 near Flatonia

Approximately 182 pounds of marijuana valued at about $91,000 was confiscated during a traffic stop on Interstate 10 east of Flatonia after a traffic stop by Sgt. Randy Thumann and K-9 Kolt, with assistance provided by Investigator David Smith.
The Fayette County Narcotics K-9 Unit seized approximately 182 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop on Interstate 10 about three miles east of Flatonia on Wednesday, May 13, according to Sheriff Keith Korenek.
