Investigator David Smith with weapons and U.S. currency that were confiscated after he stopped a 2006 Chevrolet pickup on Interstate 10 near Flatonia on Thursday, Jan. 28.
A weapons and money laundering arrest was made during a traffic stop on Interstate 10 about three miles west of Flatonia on Thursday, Jan. 28, according to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek.
Sheriff Korenek reports that around 3:15 p.m., Drug Interdiction Investigator David Smith stopped a 2006 Chevrolet pickup for a traffic violation on I-10 westbound at the 658 mile marker.
