A public hearing on the proposed property tax rate of $0.4640 was held on Wednesday evening, Aug. 19 by the Fayette County Commissioners Court. This proposed rate is the same tax rate which was passed last year to fund Fayette County’s budget.
Speaking during the public hearing were Jason Fowler and Tom Hudson.
