The adage that teams’ records are meaningless in rivalry games certainly hit the mark last Friday at Shorthorn Stadium. Despite being out-gained by 79 yards, the 1-3 Weimar Wildcats came through with clutch scoring plays to pull off a 27-12 upset while 4-0 Schulenburg misfired on several of those opportunities.
