Rev. Dr. Fitch celebrates 60th anniversary of ordination

Schulenburg resident Rev. Dr. LaVerne John Fitch celebrated the 60th anniversary of his ordination into the Lutheran-Missouri Synod ministry on July 3. He entered Concordia College in Fort Wayne, Ind. in 1952 for his pre-theological training and graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary in Springfield, Ill. on May 30, 1960.
