The Lady Horns upped their season record to 10-3 with wins on three straight days last week, all against Class 4A opponents.
District 28-2A play resumed this week with Schulenburg atop the standings with a 3-0 mark.
After building a 25-6 halftime lead at LaVernia on Monday, Dec. 28, the Lady Horns were outscored 16-5 in the third quarter but were able to hold on for a 43-32 victory.
