‘Pond Patrol’ for youngsters held at Sports Complex pond

The Schulenburg Police Association hosted its first “Pond Patrol” kids fishing tournament on Saturday, May 2 at the Schulenburg Sports Complex pond. Approximately 40 youngsters ages 5 to 12 participated. Fishing gear and lunch were provided, and each participant received a T-shirt.

Stanzel museum to host Dale Kirn STEAM Days

Dale Kirn STEAM Days will be presented by the Stanzel Model Aircraft Museum on Monday, June 29 at the St. Rose School gym in Schulenburg and Tuesday, June 30 at Weimar Elementary cafeteria – providing an opportunity for students to explore science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics.

Over 160 attend Aggie Muster at Ammannsville

The 2026 Fayette CountyAggie Muster was held April 21 at the KJT Hall in Ammannsville.The Fayette County A&M Club welcomed over 160 guests to honor those Aggies who have passed since April 21, 2025.Muster chair Nicole Gabler (’17) opened the meeting by welcoming all in attendance.
