St. Rose hosts golf tourney

St. Rose of Lima Catholic School held a golf tournament on Monday, April 27 at the Weimar Golf Course, with seven schools and 110 golfers participating. St.

Twenty-two St. Rose students participate in golf

The St. Rose Junior High Golf Team has wrapped up an outstanding season. With a roster of 22 boys and girls from grades 5-8, the golfers represented St. Rose with pride, outstanding sportsmanship and teamwork. Over the course of the season, these teams competed in two golf tournaments.

Members of the John Everett Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) in Columbus recently donated Texas Before the Lone Star to elementary schools across Austin and Colorado counties as well as to St. Rose of Lima Catholic School in Schulenburg.
