As of Feb. 9, total intake at the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter stood at 145 for the year – 80 dogs and 65 cats in need.
As of Feb. 9, the shelter had 81 animals in its care – 47 dogs and 34 cats. This number includes animals in the facility, in foster care for medical reasons, waiting on available space, or awaiting transport to rescue partner.
