As of Feb. 16, total intake at the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter stood at 170 for the year – 99 dogs and 71 cats in need.
As of Feb. 16, the shelter had 88 animals in its care – 53 dogs and 35 cats. This number includes animals in the facility, in foster care for medical reasons, waiting on available space, or awaiting transport to rescue partner.
