Memorial services for Mr. Gene Scheffler, age 82, of Schulenburg will be held Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. from the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in St. John, Texas.
Visitation will begin at the church at 9 a.m. Saturday with the Parish Rosary to be recited at 10 a.m. prior to the Mass.
Full military honors will be conducted at the conclusion of the funeral Mass by the Schulenburg American Legion.
The family requests donations be made to St. John Catholic Church, The Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Moravia, or a charity of one's choice.
