Funeral services for Walter James Hermis, age 85, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in St. John. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Schulenburg American Legion.
The family will receive friends beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21 at Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg. The Parish Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. from the funeral home.
