For over two decades, Juanita Duchicela has been a cornerstone of the Parents As Teachers of Rural South Central Texas program. From her early days as a parent educator to her later role in the Weimar Learn & Play Room, Duchicela has poured her heart into creating engaging, educational spaces for families, but now she is retiring from the program.
