Fourteen Fayette County 4-H’ers competed in the State Fair of Texas Food Challenge contest on Monday, Sept. 30 in Dallas.
The Fayette County 4-H senior team consisting of Tori Newton, Elena Supak and Eleanor Carey placed first in Senior Appetizer category and advanced to the final round. The team finished in third place in the final round. They are all members of the La Grange 4-H.
