Jordan Ranch hosts hotel/ restaurant management program for SHS students

Schulenburg High School juniors and seniors recently spent the morning at Jordan Ranch near Engle learning about all the aspects of hotel/restaurant management.

Students rotated through presentations on housekeeping, lobby/customer service, grounds-keeping, chef duties, food service and recreation. The photos show students attending the various sessions.
