Gage Smrkovsky, a member of the Schulenburg 4-H, competed in the 2025 San Antonio Livestock Show’s Commercial Steer Contest on Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 17-18. The Commercial Steer Contest consists of ultrasound and weight, live evaluation of steers, recordbook, beef science test and public speaking presentation with follow-up questions.
