Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 870 announces that 13 students have been selected as winners of its 2013 scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each.
Chapter 870 congratulates the winners and hopes that the scholarships will help them continue their education to become positive contributing members of the American society.
