The Fayette County winter coyote control program and feral hog contest both started as hunters hit the deer stands on Saturday, Nov. 7 and will both run through Jan. 3, 2021.
The contests are being held to give landowners, producers and sportsmen an opportunity to assist in the control of coyotes and feral hogs in Fayette County, according to Scott Willey, Extension agent.
