The 2022 Hugh Hammond Bennett Regional Conservation Planner of the Year Award was presented to Glen Minzenmeyer (right) at the Area 3 Conservation Awards Banquet by Rick Schilling (left), State Area 3 board member on the Association of Texas Soil & Water Conservation Districts.
The La Grange NRCS team, including Glen Minzenmeyer, assisted with a video about the Emergency Watershed Protection Program that was used to repair damage after two separate disasters in the area.
