Schulenburg Police Chief Troy Brenek reports that officers responded to 96 calls for service and 11 reportable incidents were investigated during the week of Dec. 3-9.
Included were two possession of marijuana arrests and unlawful carrying weapon, one burglary of vehicle, one active warrant arrest, two towed vehicles, one counterfeit bill, one striking electric pole, one runaway, one multiple offense arrest and one possession of controlled substance.
•Dec. 3 – Officer Powe conducted a traffic stop in the 400th block of Paulus for driving without lights when required. After consent to search, a passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawfully carrying a weapon.
