Two were arrested on money laundering charges following a traffic stop on Interstate 10 near Flatonia on Tuesday, Dec. 19, according to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek.
Sheriff Korenek reports that around 1:25 p.m., Drug Interdiction Investigator David Smith stopped a 2023 white Chevrolet Silverado 2500 pickup on I-10 westbound at the 662 mile marker for traffic violations.
