The Texas Department of Transportation issued a press release on Monday, Sept. 21 giving an update on closures for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the rehabilitation project on Highway 77 in La Grange.
Phase 2 of this project is antici-pated to be completed this week and the Bluff will be reopened.
