Winedale Historic Site will host an online talk, “Birth of a Navy: Samuel Rhoads Fisher, Founding Father of the Texas Navy,” on Tuesday, April 2 at noon.
Dallam Masterson and Admiral Beth Fisher will speak about the creation of the Texas Navy and the role their ancestor, Samuel Rhoads Fisher, played in the process.
