Weimar Knights of Columbus BBQ Chicken Dinner

Weimar Knights of Columbus Council 2153 will serve a drive-thru barbecue chicken dinner on Sunday, Sept. 27 starting at 10:30 a.m. until sold out at the St. Michael Family Center in Weimar. The plates will be $10 and include a half barbecue chicken with sides catered by Mikeska’s.

Holy Rosary Parish-Hostyn Virtual Festival

Queen of the Holy Rosary Parish, Hostyn, will hold a virtual festival this year. From Friday, Oct. 2 at 8 a.m. through Friday, Oct. 9 at 7 p.m., an online auction will be held. St. Michael Catholic School ‘Night on the Terrace’

St. Michael Catholic School in Weimar will hold “Night on the Terrace on  Saturday, Oct. 3 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the St. Michael Family Center in Weimar. The catered drive-thru will feature Mikeska’s famous prime rib dinner with two sides, salad and dessert for $30 a plate. There will also be an online auction from Thursday, Oct. 1 thru Sunday, Oct. 4.

Free English Class at First Baptist Church

First Baptist Church, 110 North Upton, Schulenburg will be teaching a free English class every Tuesday starting at 6:30 p.m. All ages are welcome. In addition, bilingual story time will be held from 7 to 7:30 p.m.

Rosary Crusade hosted by St. Anne & St. Joseph Societies

St. Anne and St. Joseph Societies of High Hill will host a Public Square Rosary Crusade on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 10 a.m. at the gazebo on North Main Street in downtown Schulenburg. The crusade is part of America Needs Fatima’s rosary rallies scheduled across the country.
