On Wednesday June 14 at approximately 2:48 a.m., Sgt. Ryan Meagher was at Amigos Country Store in Flatonia, when he observed a male subject slumped over at the wheel of his parked vehicle, according to a press release from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.
Contact was made with the male subject. Meagher believed the subject to be under the influence of an unknown narcotic.
