The EighthAnnual Schulenburg Sausagefest will take place in downtown Schulenburg on Saturday, April 1.
The event includes several contests (sausage-making, wine, pickles, and sauerkraut) as well as arts & crafts vendors, non-profit organization booths, live music, and children/family activities.
