Schulenburg’s third annual Black History Month Celebration will kick off at 10 a.m. this Saturday, Feb. 24 with a parade through downtown.
Deacon Clarence Steward of St. James Missionary Baptist Church will have the honor of serving as parade marshal.
Starting on North Main Street at Lyons Avenue, the parade will head west to Wolters Avenue. From there, it will turn left and proceed to South Street.…
