Arts for Rural Texas started 18 years ago when Michael Clann, Terry Ross and Jeanette Brown decided to provide art opportunities to children. The group set up on the Fayetteville square expecting a dozen kids to come and enjoy a project. Two hundred children arrived and ARTS was born. Today, the organization serves seven communities in the region and opens its second campus.
