After a three-month burn ban, allowing outdoor burning lasted only two weeks as the Fayette County Commissioners Court voted 5-0 to reinstate the restriction last Thursday.
The lack of rain in the county in the previous two weeks and a forecast without much of a chance of precipitation was brought up at the meeting.
