On July 1, Cadence Bank (NYSE: CADE) announced the successful completion of the process to acquire Industry Bancshares, Inc.

Area institutions affected:

• Industry State Bank;

• The First National Bank of Bellville;

• Fayetteville Bank

• Citizens State Bank

• The First National Bank of Shiner; and

• Bank of Brenham. Among them, only Fayetteville Bank has a branch in Schulenburg.
