The “no new revenue” tax rate for maintenance and operations was proposed for 2025-26 by the Schulenburg City Council at its regular meeting last week.
The aldermen also voted unanimously to set a public hearing on the tax rate for Monday, Aug. 18 at 6:15 p.m., 15 minutes prior to the Council’s next meeting.
