The permit process for building in the county was brought up at last Thursday’s meeting of the Fayette County Commissioners Court.
The discussion was started by Precinct 3 Commissioner Harvey Berckenhoff, who said that there’s a lot of people who do not know that they need to get a permit from the county to build a structure on their property, such as a barn.
