Official public records of Fayette County are now available to view online.
County Clerk Brenda Fietsam, made the announcement during the Commissioners Court meeting held Thursday, Feb. 25.
“It dates back to 1838, anything that we have scanned in the system,” Fietsam said. “We have found some stuff that dates back to 1835, but was not recorded until 1838.”
