Schulenburg Knights of Columbus Council 2902 received $10,000 from the City’s Hotel Occupancy Tax fund to defray expenses for it upcoming softball tournaments held during the Schulenburg Festival.
The City Council voted unanimously in favor of the amount at last week’s meeting after hearing from Stanley Pesek, who represented Council 2902.
