The Fayette County Commissioners Court voted to acknowledge Dr. William Loesch as the interim medical director for Fayette County EMS at its meeting on Thursday, Feb. 22.
EMS Director Josh Vandever sought approval of the acknowledgement. The previous Fayette County EMS medical director, Dr. Mark Ackrell, recently passed away unexpectedly at home, Vandever said.
