A presentation regarding county-owned property in Baylor County from a current lessee was accepted by the Fayette County Commissioners Court at its meeting on Thursday, Feb. 24.
It was agreed that, at a future meeting, an amendment to the current lease contract would be approved at $18 per acre for the next five years, which would total $75,360 for the 4,200 acres.
