The Schulenburg ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously at its special meeting on Thursday, May 1 to name Lee Hafley as superintendent.
The action followed the required 21-day waiting period after he was named lone finalist on April 9. Hafley began his full-time duties on Monday, May 5.
