To bring Schulenburg’s Code of Ordinances in compliance with state law, an amendment to zoning for certain homes was approved by the City Council at its meeting Monday night.
The changes, to chapters 3 and 14, authorized modular homes in all residential districts and HUDmanufactured homes along with HUD-manufactured home parks in the R-5 zoning district.
