The Fayette County Commissioners Court heard a report from Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Charles Zapalac at its meeting last Thursday.
“At the past meeting, y’all had some concerns about my collections being lower than the rest of the precincts in the county,” Zapalac said. “As y’all spoke about at the meeting, historically, Precinct 3 is probably always the lowest precinct.”
