A public hearing on a tax abatement agreement with Staccato Storage, LLC and establishment of a reinvestment zone was set for Thursday, Aug. 22 by the Fayette County Commissioners Court at last week’s meeting.
Precinct 3 Commissioner Harvey Berckenhoff asked Assistant County Attorney Blake Watson if the public hearing is required and he said, yes, it is a step in the process.
