The Fayette County Commissioners Court discussed aspects of Courthouse security at its regular meeting Thursday, Dec. 9.
Precinct 3 Commissioner Harvey Berckenhoff said using the elected county constables would be one way to start for a period of time to ensure the safety of employees and the public. He said three out of the four constables have already committed to assisting.
