SHS grad working oversees sends ‘gifts’ to help during pandemic

COVID and Santa Claus aren’t words generally seen together but a Fayette County native has been playing that role since the pandemic began. Carman Kobza, a Schulenburg High graduate from Engle, is now the chief executive officer for a German company that manufactures medical equipment.
