In a press release issued on Tuesday, Dec. 12, Fayette County Attorney Peggy Supak announced her decision to not seek re-election for a sixth term in that position.
In last week’s issue, it was noted that the Texas Secretary of State website indicated that Supak had filed to run in the Democrat Primary Election. The Republican and Democrat primaries will take place on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
