Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reported that on the afternoon of Friday Dec. 30, Deputy Herman Olvera responded to a call on Blaschke Road near Schulenburg.
The caller stated that a suspicious vehicle had driven onto the caller’s property and struck a tree before driving back to the road and stopping. Upon contact, the driver refused to speak with Deputy Olvera or exit the vehicle.
