The UIL’s biennial reclassification and realignment in February moved Schulenburg into a highly-competitive football district for the next two years and Dave Campbell’s Texas Football has predicted a fifth-place finish for the Shorthorns this fall.
The magazine’s 2022 edition, which came out in late June, gives overviews of all high school districts as well as for Texas colleges and universities.
