The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics K-9 Unit seized 78.5 kilos of cocaine during a traffic stop on Interstate 10 near Engle on Friday, Nov. 13, according to Sheriff Keith Korenek.
Sheriff Korenek reported that at approximately 10:56 a.m., the Narcotics K-9 Unit, with Sgt. Randy Thumann and K-9 partner Kolt, stopped a Ford F-150 on I-10 at the 667 mile marker for a traffic violation.
