    Trustees pick Utah native as new AD

    Out of over 100 applicants, a coach who grew up in Roy, Utah got the Board of Trustees’ vote to become Schulenburg ISD’s new athletic director/head football coach.

    Luke Hobbs, along with his family, was on hand at Monday night’s meeting and he enthusiastically accepted a two-year probationary contract.
