A 911 call reporting that a male subject stole a chainsaw from Tractor Supply in La Grange was received by the Fayette County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday, Sept. 10 around 5 p.m., according to Sheriff Keith Korenek.
The caller also reported that the subject left walking toward Sutherland Lumber.
La Grange Police Department Officer Steven Haynie and Sgt. Travis Anderson responded to the scene.
