The Schulenburg City Council approved Construction Managers of Southeast Texas, LLC to proceed with remodeling the interior of the Civic Center at its meeting last week. The vote was 3-1 withAlderman Clarence Ahlschlager opposing. He said he was concerned with not getting a firm price for the work.
